The Waterloo Regional Kart Club banquet and awards
celebration was a huge success. The hall was packed to
capacity, the prize tables were overflowing with door
prizes, and every driver in attendance went home with a
trophy. The most coveted prize of the evening was the
jackets awarded to the class champions. Winning a race is
tough, but winning a championship takes, consistency, hard
work, and determination. Honoring the
Club Champions
was the highlight of the evening.

OK, your new to karting and you have a thousand questions racing through your head !
The old adage of "The only dumb question is the one you didn't ask" was never more
appropriate than in racing. Never be afraid to ask questions and when you finally think
you are beginning to understand...........you got it..... ask some more questions !
There's always someone willing to help at the WRKC.
Click HERE for a great article that answers a lot of these questions.
Click HERE for another great introductory document.
When you're done with those try --->, HERE for a great place to really dig deep.
An excellent read dedicated to 4-cycle racing >> "Secrets of Speed" by Memo Gidly.
Make sure you visit our Club Info page for some background on the WRKC.
Keep your expectations realistic - It takes years to be a top runner - Success in your
first year could very easily be defined as going home knowing you successfully
crossed the finish line in all 3 races .
Welcome Aboard !!
