2023 Executive Committee Nominations Now Open

Mark your calendars – AGM Scheduled for Saturday January 28th

We are looking for nominations for the executive committee in advance of the AGM. Executive members are expected to attend monthly meetings, contribute to strategic planning of the club, and volunteer to take on various operational tasks. Board members are expected to commit to a two-year term. A variety of expertise and experience can be an asset to the board (e.g., experience in non-profits/charities, business/managerial, events, motorsports). Please reach out to a current executive member or [email protected] for more information on the role or to nominate yourself or another candidate.

Nominations will be closing Sunday January 8th, 2023.

Volunteers Needed

WRKC is proud to be a non-profit that is 100% run by volunteers. The dedication and hard work of these volunteers allow us to offer the lowest prices for kart racing in the province. Thank you to those that have reached out thus far to be added to our volunteer roaster. We are still in need of additional volunteers for a variety of positions, including officials, race day operations, social committee, etc.

Please reach out to [email protected] if you are interested in helping in any capacity.

Happy New Year!

We wish all our members a happy new year.

Please stay connected as we will provide further updates leading up to the AGM and reach out to [email protected] if you have any feedback or questions.
