Race Order – Sept 16th
This week’s race will be in reverse direction and qualifying format ! Race Day #12 is Sponsored by Sunvale Homes.
Experience. It is the one quality that, more than any other, distinguishes a good builder from a truly great one. And it is a mark of distinction that John Z. Welton, President of Sunvale Homes, knows first-hand, having spent more than 35 years building a reputation for new home excellence.
Starting work in his father’s company, United Lands Corporation, John learned the business of building literally from the ground up, starting with a shovel and broom, and then spending years working with and learning from every trade on the job site until eventually overseeing the development and construction of more than 2,000 custom-crafted homes, townhomes, and high-rise condominiums across the Greater Toronto area. Today, John’s talents, insights and strong belief in a hands-on approach are the foundation of Sunvale Homes’ success and the company’s unique approach to building better homes.
Each of Sunvale Homes’ developments reflect these high principles. Here you will find homes of extraordinary craftsmanship and attention to detail, each appointed with great luxury features that are not optional upgrades but which come standard with every marvelous home.
It is quality that families notice and appreciate… and quality that translates into real comfort and enduring value which truly stand the test of time.
